Stargate: Voyager

I’ve been watching Atlantis, but writing SG-1. Here’s the latest:
A Rolling Stone, a second sequel to “A White Dove,” suggested by Neith.
Little Problems, a drabble coda to the Stargate season 7 premiere, “Fallen.”
See the SG-1 fic page for the prequel, without which you may be confused, and for a zillion other drabbles if you like this one.
There are four more new drabbles on the Stargate page, mostly under Season Six. I’m not actually churning them out this fast; I just found three old S6 drabbles that I’d never posted.
Thanks to Jade for the beta!
Yes, after over two years of not ficcing, I have returned, in a small, 100-word way, to writing fanfic. In fact, I’ve been working on an old Stargate novel on the side, and for research I’ve been rewatching Stargate season 7. About nine episodes in I realized that I have an unfinished Stargate drabble project that could be benefiting from my so-called research.
Don’t expect too much from my first official piece of fanfic in twenty-eight months: Double Standard, a coda to “Birthright.”
[Update:] They’re like popcorn! Backups, a coda to “Revisions.”
Here are some fun mock motivational posters from gate_haven. It’s hard to pick a favorite, but I think I’d have to go with Education.
Fandemonium Books is planning a series of Stargate: Atlantis novels which will, unlike their Stargate novels, be available in the US. Read more about it their site.
Build your own Stargate out of Lego! There are more stargates and Jaffa on the same site.
Voting closes soon in the Sam and Jack awards and nominations open soon afterwards for the Stargate Fan Awards. That’s the same as the Stargate SG-1 Fan Awards for you old-timers, but Atlantis is now included so they dropped the SG-1.
I’m ignoring the “Threads” threads, but not the SamAndJack Fanfiction Awards. I have one month to read and vote, and then maybe I’ll skim some ASC categories. Or not.
…you go an entire year without posting to ASC. Last year at this time I was posting some last-minute filk, though my Trek output was otherwise restricted to a few drabbles and a Stargate crossover. This year I posted nothing. At least this means I can sit out the ASC Awards guilt-free (though I probably will vote in any categories involving either Khan or filk).
On the other side of the gate, the SJFA awards are coming up soon, and the SG-1 Awards sometime after that.
