A drabble coda to "Menace."

The SFs swept up replicator bits by the thousand and poured them into an acid-proof glass box Jack called the toy chest.

Daniel wanted to strangle him for that. Just another funny line, just another day of gunning down the bad guys, par for the course at the SGC. But this time the bad guys had been one confused girl and her toys. He'd been so close to getting through to her, but not close enough. It was never enough.

He wasn't sure he wanted to live in a world where things had to go down like that.
